What 'organic' really means on a label

The word 'organic' is everywhere — and almost no two packs mean the same thing.

In India, four claims dominate: India Organic (NPOP), Jaivik Bharat (PGS-India), FSSAI Organic, and the catch-all 'naturally grown'.
